The White House Policies

At our salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the door the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their White House experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel an appointment. We do require 48 hours' notice of any changes or cancellations to your appointments. Any cancellations/rescheduling after this time will incur a 50% fee. If an appointment is missed without prior notification, a 50% 'no show' fee will be incurred. So, if you need to cancel, please give us a call and let us know. This policy is in place out of respect for our staff members and other clients, as cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are difficult to fill.

Keeping To Time

If you are running late for your appointment, we will do our best to fit you in, but we may not be able to provide the full service or treatment you requested. You will still be charged for the entire service you had booked.

Consultations And Skin Tests

If you are new to the salon or fancy changing up your hair, we would love you to come in for a complimentary consultation first. This allows you to get to know your stylist, and allows us to perform a skin test and create a personalised hair journey for you. We require a skin test for certain hair and beauty treatments before we can perform them. These must be carried out 48 hours prior to treatment. You will need a new patch test if you haven't had the treatment

with us in the last 6 months.

Deposits

If the cost of your service is over £100 we will ask you to pay a 25% deposit. We will require the deposit at the time of booking and it will be deducted from your bill after you have received your service. The deposit will be fully refunded if you need to cancel your appointment as long as you give us 48 hours' notice.
